General Description of Position:

The Back Office Sr. Business Analyst applies their departmental functional tenure knowledge to analyzing business processes and their improvements, operates on master data and transactional data with comprehension and applied detailed analysis of data conditions and accuracy, and executes business systems functional operations simulating and validating system design and expected results. The Sr. Business Analyst works directly within the business function and/or may be assigned to roles in business transformation program initiatives. The role has 1st line support responsibilities to a division’s functional department as a designated Super User supporting training, process, system, and data needs and analysis. The role may serve as a Business Owners delegated acceptance authority approver for validation of business processes, systems and data needs.

Duties:

· Collaborate with MCBH business functional teams in conceptualizing and delivering business process and informational solutions

· Analyze and assess business processes, systems and procedures with resulting improvement initiatives and monitoring for sustaining results.

· Validate business requirements, process designs, systems testing, master data and transactional data integrity and analysis.

· Administer critical analysis of testing and validation results

· Provide Super User division departmental functional support.

Education & Work Experience:

· College or advanced degree in business management disciplines, information systems and/or equivalent work experience.

· Functional knowledge expertise in one or more areas: A/P, A/R, Costing. Fixed Asset, GL, Order Management, Service, Scheduling, Sales Operations, BOM/Configuration, Engineering, Materials Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Quality, HR, and Payroll

· High potentials (caliber, knowledge, mobility, adaptability)

· Aptitude for process, systems, data, controls, analysis, teaching/coaching, and project management

· Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to conduct research with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Highly self-motivated, directed and detailed oriented

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-energy environment.

· Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environments

Environmental Conditions:

Works in both office and plant environment. Office environment has controlled temperature, humidity, and noise levels. Plant environment varies with outside temperature and noise levels vary in different production areas. Effective near vision or near vision accommodation is required. Talking and hearing are required. Minimal bending, stooping, walking, and stair climbing are required as is lifting items of moderate weight. MCHB quality standards and safety rules and regulations are mandatory.

Travel:

Projects may require physical and/or virtual project and operational support to MCBH sites.
