McCusker Associates, Inc. is a certified public accounting firm in the Ambler/Lower Gwynedd Area. Our Firm provides clients with tax, accounting, consulting, and planning services. We are seeking an Sr. Accountant to join our team full time. This individual will be responsible for Individual and business tax preparation in addition to special projects.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing Tax Returns using UltraTax Software
- Review, research and respond to tax notices by various taxing authorities
- Meet and communicate with clients regarding tax planning, new tax laws, and tax return prep and review
- Assist on review and compilation engagements
- Perform detailed analysis and research issues when required
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, handling several projects at once
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word, QuickBooks knowledge is a +
