Overview:

A full-time split Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments.

This position offers a $2500 sign-on bonus and a split schedule where the successful candidate will spit time in between two facilities located in Putnam, CT and Charlton, MA. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two facilities on one day.
