We strive to serve our patients throughout their cancer journey by providing pre-treatment evaluations and rehabilitation post-operatively, as well as during and after radiation treatments. Dysphagia evaluation and management with "bolus driven therapy" is the primary focus of this position. Training in the McNeil Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP) will be a requirement for management of late onset of radiation associated dysphagia (Late RAD). Experience with FEES is desired. Performance of modified barium swallow studies is not a requirement as we work closely with the acute care therapists who handle the swallow studies. We are one of the 4 TEP centers in Dallas and serve patients from across the North Texas region who require this specialty program. There is opportunity for program development by a self-motivated individual who is willing to work within the established oncology rehabilitation framework. Our outpatient speech program has over 50 full time speech pathologists with a vast array of experience and specialties. We provide many internal CEU's and certifications as well as encourage education opportunities for specialty areas. We offer a clinical ladder for advancement and company-supported professional development and CEU's. Require at least 3 years of experience treating the oncology population.

Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. The ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment.
