Connect To Therapy is a pediatric Speech/ Language and Occupational Therapy clinic. Founded in 2012, we have built a reputation for providing quality Speech and Occupational Therapy services to children of all ages.

Connect To Therapy has an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist who desires to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents with special needs. The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for delivering comprehensive speech and language services, including assessments to clients with a wide range of disabilities.

Key responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist include:

• Identify and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and fluency disorders.
• Provide and direct speech therapy services to patients including: assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including long and short-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
• Function under physicians’ orders and adheres to applicable principles and practices of speech therapy, ASHA policies/procedures, and state regulations.
• Review the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered and of individual speech language pathology programs for effectiveness and efficiency, using predetermined criteria.
• Work collaboratively with other Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapist as needed to provide positive treatment and evaluation outcomes.
• Provide culturally competent services with consideration of patients cultural and linguistic differences, socioeconomic factors, and/or lack of adequate prior instruction.
