Overview:

Elevate Care Lake Worth is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility in Lake Worth, FL.

The facility is now hiring a PRN/Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to join a fully integrated in-house department. The highly trained therapy professionals treat a well-balanced mix of patients and are exposed to a variety of medical diagnoses and conditions.

The therapy department works seamlessly with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Candidates must have CCCs. Unfortunately, supervision is not available for new grad SLPs who are completing their Clinical Fellowship.

Work Schedule:

The PRN team primarily covers on weekends / holidays.

Caseload:

Patient population is primarily geriatric and includes ortho, neuro and general debility.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• One year of experience is required. Candidates must have CCCs. Unfortunately, supervision is not available for new grad SLPs who are completing their Clinical Fellowship.
