Overview:

Scope of Position: * The Project Specialist will manage and support a wide array of marketing and video projects for WinShape and its ministries.

*
Reports to: * Senior Manager, Branding and Marketing
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking and managing marketing initiatives for the Marketing team by supporting graphic design, video, and marketing projects in a digital project management system (Asana)

• Serves as the Marketing team’s point of contact to receive internal project requests (web, graphic design, video, & communications) for WinShape and answer questions as needed
• Responsible for scheduling meetings with key stakeholders to ensure projects get kicked off promptly
• Supports and manages WinShape Foundation’s creative efforts, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing the scheduling and logistics of projects
• Brainstorming and executing marketing and brand-related projects

• Sourcing creative material for WinShape Foundation-sponsored events
• Supports and coordinates relationships with marketing vendors (video contractors, agencies and graphic designers)
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and vendors on scheduling
• Work in tandem with the Sr. Manager of Branding & Marketing to support the internal and broader marketing teams

• Responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure work is completed within scope, budget, and timeline

• Tracks marketing budget
• Oversees contracts, statements of work, legal and licensing issues
• Processes invoices and credit card statements
• Leads special projects and meetings as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience
• Must have 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, project management software (Asana a bonus), Hubspot, and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Ability to self-manage projects and demonstrate strong time-management skills

• Strong digital organization and file management skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
• Adherence and commitment to the policies, procedures and values set forth by the WinShape Foundation
