We are hiring an Sox Analyst to support the planning, organizing, and executing audits involving large, complex business organizations. This position will be located at our Racine, WI location.

Annual compensation range is $76,000-109,000 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role).

This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop key relationships with business and technology leaders to ensure process and controls reviews and assessments are performed when needed
  • Create scalable process and procedures with templates and appropriate metrics
  • Provide expert guidance to and coordinates the efforts of relevant IT, Business and other department leaders in documenting and maintaining control framework
  • Effectively collaborate with IT and Business Units on a consistent intake process
  • Track and report on remediation of open risk and issues as identified
  • Facilitate timely identification, communication, and recommended resolution of process and controls risks
  • Evaluating internal controls and compliance to Company policy
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews, data analysis and assessments to determine the significance of control weaknesses and operational issues
  • Communicating results both verbally and in writing to senior corporate and division management
  • Coordinating audits as a team and leading audits as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 6+ years Finance and/or accounting experience
  • 2+ years Audit experience professional experience
