We're lucky to be able to combine skills across advertising, strategic planning, media, digital, social, performance marketing and design.

Now we are looking for a Social Strategist to join our team.

What You’ll Do
  • Inform the way we execute. Bring all your experience to help us work smarter, better and faster.
  • Partner with the team. Express the brands role and opportunities in social in concert with other strategists, business leads, media and creative teams.
  • Identify opportunity. Look beyond our scopes to identify chances to grow.

  • A hybrid thinker who leverages a social-first perspective
  • Left and Right Brained: you love to jump into the scrum with creatives and can make the numbers make sense
  • Invested and curious about the latest developments across platforms
  • Serious about the work but not necessarily yourself… we have big ambition, but we want to have fun achieving it
We Also Want You To
  • Spearhead Reporting: working knowledge of social reporting tools (Netbase Quid, Rival IQ, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.) to conduct reports detailing content performance and highlight learnings
  • Keep the agency at large educated on new social media tactics, trends and opportunities
  • Be a thought-leader for our clients – help lead where we want to go, not simply navigate where we are now

  • 3-5 years working in social media marketing
  • Demonstrated experience using and communicating in social networks, blogs, and content.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics platforms including Netbase, Radian6, Facebook Insights, Tweetreach, etc.
  • Must be a self-starter and works well in a group; flexible and personable.
