You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.


Social Media Manager responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of content planning and strategy
  • Create and publish engaging, relevant, original, high-quality content on a regular basis across all social media channels
  • Listen, respond to, and engage with users in a Social way while cultivating leads and opportunities.
  • Develop relevant content topics and editorial calendar to reach the company's target customers and industry influences.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to management.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Assess and recommend key online and offline promo activities to grow web sales and benefit brand strategy
  • Oversee design of assets to be used on social channels (ie:, images to accompany posts, ads, blog content, cover images, landing pages, etc.).
  • Design, create, and manage organic promotions and social ad campaigns.
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
  • Develop content for sales team to use to drive leads and generate demand.
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos and blogs.
  • Optimize all content for SEO to better reach target audience.

Compensation is based on Experience. This is a part-time position which can covert into full-time based on performance. Hiring Immediately!
