We are seeking a passionate and strategic social media marketing director to oversee and implement effective social media marketing efforts for our organization. The Social Media Director duties include leading social media marketing efforts, staying current on trends, brand awareness, monitoring all social media platforms for campaign outcomes, and creative collaboration with our marketing team.

Requirements

To be considered for the Social Media Director position, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social media marketing or related
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms
• Proficiency in campaign performance metric analysis
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of graphic design and social media scheduling software
• Direct or indirect experience with the behavioral health industry

Social Media Director Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and monitor social media marketing campaigns
• Design and manage all social media content
• Follow social media trends to maintain effective current knowledge
• Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase
• engagement and improve conversion
• Create social media advertising campaigns
• Track key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to leadership

Pay: $70,000-100,000

Schedule: Full-time
