Local, rapidly growing real estate manager and developer is seeking a qualified individual to fill an available Social Media Coordinator's position located in our beautiful corproate office in Fishers! Prior experience with multisite social media strategies is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY:

The SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR is the company’s sales marketing representative whose primary duties are to effectively market the management company and communities, professionally present the features and benefits of the Becovic communities, maintain and increase online presence, effectively manage social media, maintain and manage associated design marketing materials. The SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR is very creative individual and strives to maintain up to date marketing measures at all times. It is imperative that the SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times.

WAGE/HOUR STATUS:

Hourly pay rate. Eligible for overtime if permitted.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Marketing Responsibilities

  • Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to the Marketing Coordinator, Regional Directors and Property Directors for marketing property and for improving resident satisfaction and retention
  • Online reputation management
  • Works closely with and assists Property Director’s with ideas and overall marketing strategies
  • Responsible for monthly marketing plans.
  • Tracking and monitoring of all advertising sources, marketing promotions, events and objectives. Provide feedback for sources that are not performing.

Social Media

  • Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media initiatives, including marketing campaigns and integrating social media into the overall business strategy.
  • Maintain social media sites for all entities – including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
  • Search and produce unique content to engage our Social Media sites. Keep up to date on the most recent information regarding the Social Media site and how best to maximize customer engagement and growth. Understand the online community and provide information and insight into the current platforms as well as any up and coming items that would enhance our overall brand image.
  • Help develop tactics that will enhance our social media growth.
  • Stay up to date on all relevant industry trends – including competitor and industry blogs, social sites and other web activity.
  • Provide a monthly snapshot to President and Regional Director of current social media company trends and plans in this area for additional marketing and growth.

General

  • Performs any additional duties assigned by the Marketing Coordinator or Vice President
  • Assists with general administrative office duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Position requires excellent marketing skills and area market knowledge and the persons must have basic computer knowledge.Computer Skills: Word Processing

Office Equipment: Copy Machine, Telephone, Fax Machine

Education/Training

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
