The Safety team helps ensure that our community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all our apps while protecting our brand.

As a Content Safety Moderation Specialist, you are responsible for reviewing content to ensure it adheres to established community guidelines. You will review content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content. You will be on the front lines, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe.

This role also requires creative solutions, especially a deep understanding of abuse trends specific to US cultural norms. You have a genuine passion for moderation (policy enforcement), quality assurance, intellectual property, privacy and online safety. This opportunity will be based in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

Review content that has been triggered by internal systems or users to ensure it adheres to established community guidelines

Ability to work through invasive/disruptive content Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor Audit associate work for accuracy

Must have availability to work NIGHT SHIFT.

ALL OVERNIGHT SHIFT (9:30pm-6:00am CST) + 3 weeks "Normal Shift" for training.

This is a fully remote job for the first 3 months. However, the company expect you to come to the office if you got converted to FTE after 3 months.

Qualifications

BA/BS Preferred

Experience with investigating and reviewing digital content preferred

Passionate and ambition to grow with the platform

Multi-language proficiency/fluency a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
