Desired skills and qualifications: Have skills in one or more and willing to learn: Carpentry, framing, trusses, sheathing, hanging drywall, finishing, painting. We pay for education and skill. Vocational training, college degree, and experience are all equally valued. We understand flexible families; part time or full time.

Our specialty is; problem solving, and never getting bored! The owner is a Certified General Contractor is an Air Force Veteran with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Cal Poly and an MBA from UF.

Salary is based on education, experience, skills, and work ethic- starts at $17/hour + holiday pay (after 90 days) + recognition + increase salary with improved skills

Expect to work alone or with one or two employees. On big occasions, there may be 5-6 employees working together. Expect to work on what you are best at doing and learning other trades at different work phases. Hours are flexible based on your circumstances. We have employees working, 7:30 -4, 9 - 2, 8 - 3, 8-5 depending on life and job site.

We generally have 3 jobs at a time. Currently we are building a home, a rental property renovation, and a cafe downtown.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

We are in construction and have worked throughout as everyone has plenty of space for freedom to breathe.

• Saint Petersburg, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
