Real Estate equities Development is recruiting for a part-time long term temporary (12 months -18 months) Site Coordinator for two Village Cooperative communities in Olympia and Puyallup. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the aging population, have previous administrative experience, enjoy working independently, be able to multi-task, have office management skills, and strong attention to detail. Must have reliable transportation. The Site Coordinator will be commuting and splitting time at both properties in Olympia and Puyallup every week.

Hours: 8:00 am-1:00 pm (25 to 28 hours per week). Monday-Friday with the potential for additional hours as needed daily. Hourly pay range of $20.00-23.00 based on experience, plus $2,000.00 Retention bonus paid at end of assignment.

The Site Coordinator duties are as follows:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all members and provide them with exceptional service and foster good relations
  • Answer phones and respond to calls and emails promptly
  • Assist with the management of the daily operations of the office by ensuring all equipment is properly working, the office is properly stocked, and the office is neat, clean, and professional in appearance to members
  • Work with new members to assign parking spots and assign storage spaces.
  • Plan member meetings by scheduling venues, ordering food, ensuring the proper equipment is set up for the presentation,
  • Schedule upgrade appointments with members
  • Schedule and conduct walk throughs with members
  • Attend and assist with the building opening to ensure a safe and organized opening for the members
  • Assist the production team with maintaining the punch and warranty list during the opening of the site and for some period of time after the opening
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
