Choice Independence is dedicated to providing quality services to individuals with disabilities throughout Oakland and Macomb Counties.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with a VALID license!
Duties will include but are not limited to, scheduling staff, preparing paperwork, writing and reviewing service notes, setting up appointments and activities, overseeing menus, shopping and daily tasks in the SIP Home.
