The job involves working with and collaborating with the listing assistant, who will help you organize placement of signs and lockboxes. Afterward the sign and lockboxes are placed on the specified properties and directional signs are put up to guide people to the property. When the property is sold the signs and lockboxes are removed and all directional signs are collected. This job requires flexibility in your schedule to ensure client satisfaction.
It is a part time position with varying hours each week. It pays hourly and also comes with mileage reimbursement as the job requires the use of one’s own vehicle. All necessary tools to perform job functions will be provided.
