Position Overview
Office Coordinator
Short Term Position, Mid-May through Mid/Late September
HOURS 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay $15-17 hr depending on skills
There is potential this could lead to a more long term position beyond September.
Job Duties
- Entering Timesheets
- Filing
- Scanning
- Contracts
- Taking appointments
- Following up on web leads
- Creating accounts for new clients
- Making appointments for sales staff
- Processing credit card payments
- Getting the office mail
