Position: Lead Shop Administrator
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time
Location: Franklin Office; 5775 Franklin St. Denver, CO 80216

To help us achieve that mission, we are seeking an experienced “Lead Shop Administrator” devoted only to the Brannan Ready Mix division.
Functional Responsibilities:
· Assist with daily shop activities by assisting Shop Foremen with Stock Inventory parts for Work Orders
· Purchase & Receive stock parts for the RM Shop Inventories
· Monitor and Manage efficient and effective stock levels while tracking usage trends
· Assist with Receiving for purchases with RM Shop Parts Inventory delivered or pickup
· Administer and Manage Monthly Inventory Reconciliations for all RM Shops
· Organize and Maintain fuel and shop fluids transactions and entries
· Assist the Fixed Asset accountant and Shop Foremen with reporting
· Assist the Shop Manager in budgeting, cost analysis, and KPI Metrics
· Take initiative for process improvements to lead the shop in best practices as company and industry standards grow
· Lead shop growth by developing new inventories and organizing parts physically and systematically
· Help fill in when shop managers are out by making sure work orders, coding, and PO’s are correct, and to be turned in a timely manner.
· Be failover to the Purchasing department on Purchase Orders for the BSG Shop Parts Inventory
· Willingness to travel to all shops
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Equipment mechanic knowledge a plus
- Must be safety-minded, team-oriented, and customer-focused
- Detail and technically oriented individual
- Must be self-motivated with ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills; good planning skills; able to multi-task

Physical Requirements:
- Sitting – 8 to 10 hours daily
- Ability to work in a shop environment around heavy equipment
- Willingness to travel to other shops within the area as failover to another division administrator
- Willingness to travel for parts pickup when applicable
Salary Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 /hr DOE
