This position is full-time, requiring a standard 40- hour work week. Must start the work-day by 8am, but ending time can vary/be flexible.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support-

  • Replacement Parts - Answer calls and emails from customers and take detailed notes of their requests for replacement parts. Relay information to Project Managers, · and respond to customers with Quotes and/or warranty replacement information.
  • Website and Wayfair sales – coordinate shipments and communicate with customers who have questions about delivery, assembly, or general product information.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers with previously purchased products, and coordinate with PM to provide assistance or information as needed.

Project Management Assistance-

  • Creating, updating, and printing shipping documents for UPS, LTL, and truckload shipments
  • Coordinate multiple incoming and outgoing shipments daily- truckload, LTL, and small parcel.
  • Making travel arrangements for Inova Specialists for product installation and repairs
  • Gathering information for install quotes (researching flight, hotel, and rental car options)
  • Creating labels, transmittals, and UPS shipments for custom finish samples ·
  • Scanning, filing, and recording documents such as finish sample or shop drawing approvals, signed shipping documents, COM delivery slips, install checklists, and photos
  • Using the online software Odoo to track and record information ·
  • Data entry on documents such as the SR/Project Log, Daily Site Reports, Defect Tracking Sheet, Deliverable deadlines spreadsheets, Customer Service Catalog
  • Establish relationships with a variety of freight carriers and freight forwarders to ensure we receive competitive pricing and best service available.

Education/Experience:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage schedules, and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to work well as part of a team, take direction, and complete designated tasks
  • Attention to detail and motivation to learn
  • High school education or equivalent is required
  • Experience with freight, shipping and/or logistics preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
