Moss Marina is looking for a Ship Store Cashier to join our team!!!!!
Responsibilities
- Open and close out business day as assigned
- Balances cash drawer, bank and sales tickets; completes cash over/shortage log
- Familiar with VHF radio procedures
- Promote and display appropriate merchandise prior to special marina event on sales
- Enter merchandise into the inventory system
- Restock merchandise and price on shelves as sold
- Assist in monthly inventory counts as well as semi-annual physical counts of merchandise and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
- Have proper phone etiquette and NHF etiquette
- Assistance as assigned in hurricane or storm preparation.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Pleasant personality and ability to get along with customers, co-workers and harbor officers.
Work Schedule
Hours are to be scheduled by operation manager, depending upon the season. Normally works weekends and holidays in boating season; on call for all emergencies and storms.
