Job Description:
Our SONIC Drive-In Shift Managers provide guests with a SuperSONIC experience by:
- Assisting the management team in training, coaching and monitoring Crew Members
- Ensuring that quality food is provided in a clean, safe and efficient manner
- Performing restaurant opening and/or closing duties
- Reinforcing a customer service mentality and ensuring that all employees are enthusiastically serving our guests
- Respectfully responding to guest requests, reporting guest complaints to the immediate supervisor and assisting in resolving such complaints

Job Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Contagiously positive attitude
- Effective communication and motivational skills
- Ability to manage store operations with minimal supervision
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Prior food service and/or management experience preferred
