Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Reservations Manager to ensure daily success.
- Hire and train employees in multiple areas including guest services, safety, organization, and more!
- Comfortable with delegating tasks as necessary.
- Able to be the Team Leader that people look to for guidance, feedback, and constructive criticism.
- Able to keep track of a multitude of responsibilities and schedules.
- Can keep a cool head in busy or stressful situations.
- Complies with all safety and health standards (and holds team members accountable!).
Personal Skills
- Strong delegation and time-management skills
- Presents a good role model for others
- Passionate about teamwork and fostering a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and good leadership skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashiering, or supervising experience is strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Office (proficient)
- Valid Driver’s License
