The position has [6] core responsibilities:

*Providing exceptional service: to guests, vendors, suppliers, and team members *Hiring and managing a cohesive team, between 15-30 people *Maintaining a pristine and organized storefront and kitchen *Adhering to all Verde best practices for food safety and sanitation *Coaching, developing, and continuing education for all team members *Running a financially healthy restaurant through budgeting, ordering, inventory control, and scheduling

Job Type: Part-time & Full time

Pay: $14.00 - $16 per hour base wage. + Tip Share
