HOURLY PLUS TIPS (Tips Have Averaging about $2.20 per hour extra and increasing!!)

So if we hire you starting out at $15/hour you will really be making close to or over $17+ including tips!! Hard workers get a pay raise and are well taken care of within our organization!!

We are growing rapidly and seeking career minded individuals looking for growth!

We are opening stores and within months will be hiring for multiple full time salaried managers and eventually district managers who oversee a territory of stores!

Job Duties Include:

Provides unparalleled hospitality to each customer.

Has knowledge and proficiency in each position within the café.

Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Café’s standards.

Coordinates and covers crew member breaks

Ensures temperature safety checks are performed at required times and all sanitation guidelines are followed

Assists in receiving deliveries and keeping café organized

Assists in managing the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists

Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards, company policies and safety measures are upheld

Accurately handles cash and follows daily opening/closing procedures

Requirements

Must have the ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment

Has a positive attitude that allows them to resolve customer issues with ease

Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience

Valid food handlers preferred

Ability to measure performance, subjectively and objectively

Provides a respectful and positive team environment that motivates the team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be passionate about hospitality and operating a restaurant with high standards for customer service and profitability.
