We are looking for an outstanding Shift Leader to join our team!

You will be working with a fun, positive, and efficient team to provide guests an experience that will keep them coming back each day. Good Treats, LLC is a franchisee of Dunkin that aims to offer convenience for everyday busy people. We aim to establish and maintain a long-term close relationship with our guests, within our trade area by offering outstanding service, superior product quality, a broad range offering of beverages, donuts and sandwiches at affordable prices.

We have locations in:

Atwater Village, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Clarita, and Van Nuys

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Provides guest service, resolves guest issues, understands and exceeds guest expectations, develops and maintains guest relationships
• Team members Coaches team members, supervises employees during the shift, keeps track of attendance and ensures all policies and procedures are followed.
• Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy
• Opening and closing registers
• Ensures food and drinks are made quickly, efficiently and accurately
• Complies with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean/ neat work environment
• Identifies and resolves, and report issues during the shift to management.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a shift leader, supervisor, or similar role
• Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Handlers Certificate
• Must be available weekends
