• Early morning, Day, and Evening Shifts
• Store Hours Mon-Thu 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. / Fri-Sat 8:00 a.m. - midnight / Closed Sundays

We are looking for Shift Leads to staff the first Crumbl Cookies in Wynnewood PA! We are specifically looking for candidates who are interested in a fast track to management. Are you someone who would like to grow and make a career in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for you! Currently looking to hire 5-10 individuals with desire to grow as we open more Crumbl Cookie locations around Pennsylvania. Each crew member will be trained to "bring families and friends together over the best box of cookies in the world." Each crew member has a unique role to play in this experience. All crew members will:

• Learn to make the best cookies in the world!
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
• Clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for next shift
• Use basic math and computer skills
• Use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to make someone smile!
• No formal education required

Shift Leader Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
• Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
• Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain excellent customer service at all levels
• Assure the Availability of COOKIES at all times!
• Fast, Friendly and Efficient Customer Service

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
