White Spruce Trailer Sales, a locally owned trailer dealership as well as a TYM tractor dealership, is actively seeking a qualified service writer and part counter specialist for our North Pole location. Applicants must possess a passion for customer service, be energetic and present themselves in a professional manner. Applicant must be able to maintain effective working relationships with all customers, communicate with technicians, vendors and managers. Candidate will be creating and processing work orders, collecting payments, offering parts and products, and submitting manufacturer warranty for repair work performed at the dealership. As a Service Writer and Parts Counter Specialist, you will be the ambassador of our customer’s experience.

We are looking to expand our team of outstanding professionals with a candidate that is proficient in the following:

· Customer service

· Computer skills

· Communication skills

· Organizational skills

· Multi-tasking skills

· Knowledge of trailer repairs, electrical repairs, fabricating options, common trailer parts and accessories and any automotive repairs is a big plus!!

Compensation: Starting at $20.00/Hour

Benefits: Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Time, Paid Vacation Time, Retirement Matching up to 3%.

Schedule: This position is 35-40 hours/week, 5 full workdays each week. This position is on a rotating schedule. You will be required to work some Saturday's (you would have a day off during Monday-Friday if you are scheduled on a Saturday)
