We are looking for an experienced Service Technician for our residential community located in Naperville, IL. The ideally candidate for this position would be someone who will enhance the value of our residential asset by providing an exceptional experience to our residents, guests, vendors and team members. In this position you would be responsible for maintaining our apartment homes, common areas and grounds with attention to efficiency, safety, and asset preservation. If you are reliable, organized, and professional with strong technical skills and attention to details, this may be the opportunity for you. Qualifications and Expectations

• 
  Prior Multifamily Housing experience preferred
• Knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pools, HVAC, appliance repair and installation, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, life safety and cleanliness
• Availability to respond to emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holiday.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn specialized software
• Committed to excelling with a growing and thriving Property Management Company
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with proficiency in English
• Learn and comply with industry legal requirements, including federal and local Fair Housing
• Work both individually and on a team to maximize occupancy and achieve owner goals
• Provide an exceptional living experience to our residents
• Provide an exceptional working environment to our associates
• Observe all health and safety guidelines
• Maintain detailed, accurate and confidential records
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
