YOUR LIFE AS A SERVICE DISPATCHER
nThis full-time dispatching position typically works Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5 pm with the opportunity to work on-call once a month.
nIn this office dispatch position, you eagerly answer customer phone calls. Your friendly voice is a welcoming first impression as our clients reach out for HVAC services. Because you invest time in having a thorough overview of our services, you confidently answer client questions and schedule our technicians accordingly. When dispatching our technicians, you accurately relay needed information. As needed, you eagerly assist with additional administrative tasks. Tech-savvy, you are proficient in our company software. You enjoy being a part of our exceptional dispatch office team where you consistently deliver amazing customer service!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- 3 years of previous dispatching experience in a service trade environment n
- 3 years of HVAC/R or similar industry experience a plus n
- Customer service and computer experience n
