Service Coordinator/ Customer Service
Job description
GJC Window & Door Co. is a Port Charlotte based, full service, Window & Door Installation company serving Charlotte, Lee & Sarasota Counties. We are a Family run business that is quickly growing! We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to assist in our Service Department.
Responsibilities-
-Review all incoming folders from Install, and take next action step.
-Call customer to review installation, take payment, schedule County inspection
-Order and schedule warranty parts as needed
-Work with all other departments to ensure smooth flow from installation to completion of project.

**Previous Construction Customer Service Experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
