Mantle Security Inc. is one of Orlando's largest multi-family focused companies specializing in the installation of Video Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Audio-Video, Home Automation and various other low voltage systems.

We are currently looking to hire a Service Coordinator in the Orlando area.

The ideal candidate will:

· Possesses 3-5 years of experience with installation, troubleshooting, programming, and servicing CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Wi-Fi, Audio-Video, Vehicle gates and other Low Voltage technology. Bonus if you know Fire Alarm

· Personable, presentable, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and will be able to perform assessments on commercial and multifamily projects in a timely manner

· Strong drive and willingness to excel in your role

· Be customer focused and thorough

· Will have excellent troubleshooting skills

Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Accept service calls and make schedule

· Diagnose and repair issues with customers' new or existing equipment

· Demonstrate how to use the equipment to the customer

· Make equipment recommendations to customers

· Meet all the appointments each day

· Respond quickly to customer problems

· Advise customers on the equipment needed

· Assure all paperwork is completed daily

· Create Estimates and send to customers

· Complete Billing Once a Week

· Order products needed to complete service calls

· Maintain safe and secure work environment by following safe practices, keeping security information confidential

· Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5pm, possible Overtime

· PAY RATE: $25.00 - $30.00 (Based on Experience)

Other skills qualifications:

· Ability to lift 55 pounds

· Ability to stand on your feet up to 8 hours a day

· Great communications skills

· Amazing problem-solving skills

· Ability to diagnose problems with equipment

· Great mechanical aptitude

Work Location:

• Servicing Multiple Locations in the Orlando and Jacksonville Florida areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
