Service Advisor
OC Welch Ford Lincoln is hiring! Work for a well respected company that has been established for over 30 years! Guaranteed Sundays off (we are closed on Sundays, plus another scheduled day off). We are looking to add qualified Service Advisors to our team! Our dealership offers a professional work environment and unlimited potential to earn.

Service Advisor responsibilities include:

· Schedule service for customers either in person or on the phone
· Ascertain automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records
· Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records; explaining provisions and exclusions
· Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
· Prepares repair order (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures
· Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
· Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
· Carefully inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing and accuracy
· Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Service Advisor Qualifications:

· Ford experience preferred
· 1+ years experience preferred
· Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus but not required
· Exceptional Customer Service Skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

· Commission based, with healthcare, employee discounts, and 401k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
