Our Service Department is looking to add a Service Advisor to the team! In this position you will provide excellent customer service and work with the technicians to make recommendations for a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs. If you are a great listener, an excellent communicator and are passionate about solving problems, this job is for you!

Requirements:

· Previous Service Advisor experience a must. (2-5 years’ experience)

· Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Basic computer skills. Experience with CDK a plus!

· Strong attention to detail.

· General car knowledge beneficial but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
