Job Responsibilities:
- Serve residents in the full-service dining room.
- Regularly greet residents, family, and guests in a friendly manner
- Train all new employees in partnership with the Lead Server.
- Perform Closing Manager duties on assigned days.
- Assist other server staff with meal service.
- Deliver and set up meals for cottage members.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to shortages.
- Assist kitchen staff as needed when necessary.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision and demonstrate leadership in order to motivate others.
- Must have a great attitude and positive effect on others
- Must be COVID 19 vaccinated.
- Proper mask wearing required
- May need to test for COVID 19 some days.
