Job description

We are a small boutique hotel and restaurant that creates all of our meals from scratch using local ingredients whenever possible, freshly squeezed juices, and mixers for our cocktails, etc...We are currently looking for a few fine dining servers/bartenders to join our small team. A minimum of 5 years fine dining experience please. Knowledge of food, liquor, and wine. Forbes service standards are a plus. Ability to converse with and anticipate our guest's needs, and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, set yourself up for success.
• Detail tables. Stock bar and pantry for service.
• Interact with customers, Create a memorable dining experience
• suggest food and drinks, guide our guests through their experience

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Prepare cocktails to our standards using our recipes and fresh ingredients
• Serve Guests using Forbes and AAA standards as guidelines
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage safety regulations

Skills

• 5 years experience as a bartender/server in a fine dining resort
• Knowledge of liquor, wine, craft beers
• Knowledge of touch screen restaurant computers
• Knowledge of food preparation and ingredients
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the restaurant organized, stocked and clean

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
