Available positions: Part Time, working every other weekend.
Hours: 10:30am-7pm or 3pm-7pm

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:
- Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times.
- Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times.
- Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure.
- Represent community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
- Experience in food service work preferred
- Experience in working with seniors preferred
- Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
- Please note that all employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or apply for and receive an approved exemption, as a condition of employment.
Offer of Employment is contingent upon successful completion of our pre-employment requirements, which include, but are not limited to: 1) a history and physical exam 2) tuberculin skin test or chest x-ray 3) proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or apply for and receive a qualified exemption upon hire 4) drug screen and criminal background screening 5) employment references from previous employers 6) verification with the OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities to confirm your eligibility to work in health care.
