Global Talent Acquisition Partner will drive attraction to deliver the best and brightest to our company, being at the forefront of the drug discovery and development space working alongside industry thought leaders & trailblazers. This role will provide the highest level of talent acquisition services to its assigned customer. The Global TAq Partner will deliver high quality candidates and advance the Certara brand across numerous markets and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. As a Global TAq Partner, you will play a critical part in helping to scale the BU you are supporting. Perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruitment: Requisition intake, passive candidate generation/sourcing, candidate screening, interview facilitation, candidate & stakeholder management, and offer negotiations/closing candidates.
  • Expertise in sourcing for highly skilled scientific candidates up to Director level and exceptional candidate management skills are required.
  • Knowledge of the Pharmacometrics recruiment market a strong plus
  • Create innovative out-of-the-box recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of talent rich in knowledge, skills, and diversity.
  • Leverage market data and insights to help advise the business into making strategic hiring decisions.
  • Partner with extended TA Leadership and Operations to execute on TA related projects, programs, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:
  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotech, R&D
  • Sourcing and recruiting expertise; ability to network, source and identify top talent in a timely manner
Skills & Abilities:
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans
  • Demonstrated ability to screen applicants through Director level
  • A strong process orientation
  • Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals and objectives in a dynamic environment
