Role: Senior System Performance Engineer
Location: Rochester, NY. Onsite is required.

Job Description: Investigate, Evaluate and Resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient and reliable service in the assigned cluster. Evaluating service performance trends and isolating root causes of impacted services.
- Monitoring the system’s performance, including network LTE, 5G, and finding ways to make improvements or mitigate potential problems.
- Resolving service-impacting issues, sometimes using non-traditional, out-of-the-box solutions.
- Investigating DT data and work with RF + SP team to propose solutions.
- Working cross-functionally to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliability.
- Proactive monitoring of network for ensuring the accuracy of the KPI data, early detection of the problems and developing a mitigation plan.
- Troubleshooting support for complex network issues.
Must Have -
This individual will need to be proficient in the optimization of 4G/5G Networks (Samsung preferred) with management/team lead skills
