We are searching for a highly-motivated and energetic Senior Program Manager to grow with our Academic Portfolio Management team! In this role, you will coordinate and manage complex program operations to ensure the delivery of successful, high-quality online enrollment programs. You will independently ensure that the goals and objectives of the project or program are accomplished in accordance with priorities, time limitations, funding limitations, or other specifications, and act as a liaison between EdPlus and the academic units.

Essential Duties

Under administrative direction from the Academic Portfolio Management team:

• Assumes a supporting role in all aspects of managing ASU Online’s academic programs; from conceptual, data driven recommendations through to program implementation and ongoing management.
• Participates in stakeholder meetings/presentations, supporting ASU Online/EdPlus’s service model while providing strategic recommendations for academic program and portfolio management.
• Contributes to new academic program proposals to manage time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, aligning and assigning resources to various phases of the project, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Assists operational leadership and academic administration throughout program proposal and plan development process.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the program curricular development process and academic planning cycle to advise and support academic partners.
• Serves as primary and secondary communication point for internal and external constituents regarding status of projects and resource requirements as appropriate.
• Resolves day-to-day issues. Takes initiative to alert stakeholder team to any potential challenges and risks.
• Schedules team/client meetings as needed. Processes all relevant data and prepares the program debrief packet/reports for the stakeholder team.
• Learns and utilizes ASU Online/EdPlus standards and practices.
• Provides feedback to academic leadership regarding online program performance observations.
• Remains abreast of online education technology directions, initiatives and trends within scope of expertise to provide ideas, guidance and recommendations.
• Assures overall adherence to program delivery standards via training, audits, formal and informal mentorship.
• Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field AND five (5) years' experience managing projects/client relationships; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Desired Qualifications

• Evidence of a Masters degree in related field coupled with extensive experience in managing client/stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in data analysis and needs assessment, as well as digital presentation design.
• Experience in higher education online learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,250.00 - $75,000.00 per year
