We're looking for an entrepreneurial product manager who will spearhead the development and launch of our Connected TV advertising product. Connected TV is a fast growing medium that is quickly becoming an integral part of consumer's lives. As such, advertisers are beginning to view Connected TV as a key channel to reach and engage their target audiences in more measurable and scalable ways. As one of the founding Product Managers for Moloco's new product innovation initiatives, you will help us define the product roadmap and lead the execution in bringing industry-leading products to market.

What you'll do

  • Define/refine product roadmap, product requirements, and customer value propositions for Moloco's Connected TV advertising product offering
  • Conceptualize, build and launch critical features and functionalities that enable advertisers to programmatically buy inventories on Connected TV screens, deliver high performance, insights, and data transparency to advertisers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive rapid and high quality product development and impactful business outcomes
  • Synthesize large amounts of internal and external data from multiple sources to derive product insights, informing product strategy and operations
  • Communicate with prospects and customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and collaboration opportunities
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day internal/external operational roadblocks

What you'll need to succeed

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. MBA degree is a plus
  • 5-7 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Product Management
  • Deep curiosity to identify, understand, and empathize customer pain-points and unmet needs
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Strong bias toward action
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Fast learner and self-initiative personality
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environment
  • Thrives in ambiguous situations, able to adapt and (re)calibrate quickly with new information
  • Solid technical depths balanced with business acumen

Nice to have

  • Experience in ad-tech, and/or above-the-line marketing working with brands, agencies, and linear/connected TV
  • Demonstrated success in initiating new product initiatives from the ground up, iterating based on customer feedback, and scaling them to global markets
