As a Sr. Product Manager in the CVS Data organization, you will work in a fast-paced environment to direct and support the activities of a diverse group of professionals that are defining and implementing the ambitious data and delivery strategy across our suite of applications. This role will join our Interoperability and Clinical Data Repository team where we are on a mission to increase the portability of data within CVS and between external HIEs to enable innovative products.

You will collaborate closely with other Product Managers and Product Owners in a scaled agile framework environment (SAFe). You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that investments are aligned to the organization’s strategic goals and you will manage the product feature backlog accordingly.

A key part of the responsibility is to build integrated data platforms that enable the delivery of products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between solution delivery teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to create a product vision, identify business value, document required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements (user stories).
  • Build and represent the vision. This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.
  • Identify feature priorities, lead user story definition, partner with cross functional solution delivery teams, and manage the product roadmap.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, participate in scrums and other agile ceremonies, and validate delivered solution designs.
  • Gather and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and quality, as well as identify optimization opportunities.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product development in a healthcare or regulated business setting
  • 4+ years of leading agile development teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with interoperability concepts
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solution-based thinking to solve problems and ask probing questions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
  • Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse team
  • In-depth clinical data experience
  • SAFe Agile POPM certification
  • FHIR HL7 and USCDI experience
  • Management consulting experience
  • Basic working knowledge of GCP and Snowflake

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
