What You'll Do
The Customer Delivery Technical Leader (Senior Network Engineer) will act as the primary technical support personal for incident management of critical issues at the network level. You'll act as a Bridge between reactive and proactive services, as well as contributing to proactive services deliverables
You'll need to Lead case resolution with emphasis on high severity by coordinating right technical resources, and root cause analysis on technical issues within Network infrastructure, and provide problem resolution on critical incidents focusing on severity 1 and 2 cases
Who You'll Work With
Federal clients require a forward-thinking, self-starting engineer with Modern networking skills to provide incident management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution support to large and high profile DoD customers
Through consultative planning, solution development, and deployment services, you'll help customers optimize their operation and IT services; integrate new technologies; and continually enhance network performance, availability and security
Who You Are
- CCIE cert preferred, not required, with strong focus on Cisco Enterprise routing and Switching solutions, security solutions, and protocols
- Understanding of Cisco product and enterprise solution portfolio
- Ability to be onsite 2-3 days
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong documentation skills - to be utilized for case management, knowledge capture and knowledge transfer
- Strong Knowledge in either Route/Switch, Collaboration, Security, or Data Center technologies
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
