The Senior Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually impactful motion creative to assist our clients in meeting their campaign goals. The ability to listen, collaborate, and react are imperative for great design. The designer will work on everything from presentations to integrated campaigns and digital content. This individual will be highly skilled and motivated to bring fresh creative perspective to the table.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and motion graphic design for external and internal Digital Air Strike clients
• Attend client strategy meetings to provide creative direction and strategy suggestions
• Execute deliverables to expectation based on the client creative brief
• Provide quick and actionable solutions to any design problems that may arise
• Act as a subject matter expert for the creative team, providing peer-to-peer coaching on best practices to other designers
• Lead internal strategy sessions and work with the internal team to organize tasks to meet deadlines on large campaign builds
• Continuous self-review to level up creative execution
• Show a passion for what’s next! Constantly bring innovative techniques on how we communicate with audiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional motion graphic design experience
• Expert knowledge of the below programs:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere
  • Adobe Audition
  • Adobe Illustrator
• Team Lead experience, preferred
