We are hiring for a senior marketing manager at our fast-growing beauty holding company. This company consists of multiple brands of professional hair care and nail care products currently sold in over 25,000 salons, on amazon, and on eCommerce websites. This marketing position requires high energy, project management skills, personnel management, and a strong imagination with even stronger results. The ability to multitask on a variety of marketing-related campaigns, across multiple brands.

This job requires the ability to manage people including the art department for ideas that need to be created, the digital marketing department for marketing initiatives online and on amazon, the salon sales department for marketing initiatives for salon and salon sales reps, trade show planning, event activations including festivals like Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits and more. Must be able to create and guide marketing projects large and small with a marketing budget in the 6 figures. Cross marketing includes digital properties like Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, TikTok, and others as well as in-store retail marketing campaigns and print campaigns.

This exciting leadership role will lead strategic initiatives across brand marketing, social media, eCommerce, product marketing, PR, and the creative studio. Reporting to management including sales and the founder. This role will amplify the strategic brand vision, managing campaigns, and programs to fulfill brand and sales objectives.

A core part of the role will be integrated communications planning – collaborating and managing the marketing plan from concept to post-campaign channel leads on the strategic and successful roll-out of priority projects. This role will support the creation and manage the delivery of fully integrated programs across marketing, digital, and communications to ensure maximum impact, efficiency, and alignment across all company functions.

The ideal candidate MUST HAVE management experience... Management can be a mix of in-person or remote managed personnel that can include outsourced managed personnel. A strong marketing mind and creative hustle are required. Experience leading brand marketing, creative campaigns, media planning, and communications at a high-growth consumer brand or integrated marketing agency is ideal but not a deal breaker for the right candidate.

This position requires an excellent cross-functional leader with experience managing integrated, global teams with a hands-on approach. Must be highly organized, with superior communication skills and confidence in managing varying levels of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strategic and creative solutions to the organization and excel at successfully bringing them to life.

Pay: From $72,145.00 per year
