Senior Manager, Loyalty Supply Proposition

We are in the process of transitioning existing loyalty programs into the single program this year and are looking for a Senior Manager, Loyalty Supply Proposition to join us to be a key part of driving additional value from our partners to our members.
This role can be based in either our London or Seattle office and reports to the Director, Loyalty Programs within the Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) team.
What you'll do:
Established as the go-to primary point of contact with Expedia for Business (E4B) teams to collectively develop the partner proposition for One Key
Hold a good depth of understanding on the overall loyalty value proposition and roadmap to bring that knowledge back to E4B
Leveraging data insights and research to help shape the future loyalty proposition across partner funded perks, Member Prices and OneKeyCash (our future loyalty currency)
Partner with analytics teams to report on member interactions with the partner offering to drive the traveler flywheel and for inclusion in partner pitch deck refreshes
Working with partner and customer analytics to understand ROI of offerings
Expand the partner loyalty proposition across our lines of business such as air, car and activities
Develop connections across the business to understand and influence how we are seeking to test the partner proposition for members in our product to enhance engagement with it and how our marketing channels are amplifying the proposition
Responsible for delivery of the monthly update on Member Prices to key stakeholders
Liaise with TEaL segment owners on sharing new features of the partner proposition and leveraging our sourcing calendar to inform direct to consumer (DTC) communications
Ability to work alongside finance on how the partner proposition can affect loyalty economics and financial forecasts

Proven experience in project managing high value and high exposure projects in an ecommerce environment
Strong business insight and experience in marketing strategy or analytics
Strong background in developing and delivering engaging loyalty propositions
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related professional experience
