• Serve as key technical point person for the Salvagnini: Train fellow/ prospective machine operators, cross-train in all key areas of department, and make sure all required materials are properly stored prior to starting jobs.
• Set up and run close tolerance jobs. Run breakdowns on the machine as per schedule, change tooling as required, and run expedite list with little to no supervision.
• Follow dispatch reports and ensure work orders are executed to their necessary completion dates.
• Inspect, verify gauges and approve raw material for use. Inspect, verify material and dimension of parts
• Ensure quality of work performed by ensuring first piece inspection is satisfactory before deeming complete and moving it to the next step in production
• Perform other duties as required such as maintaining equipment and conducting minor repairs (ie. oiling, changing rollers, completing Records accordingly)
• Troubleshoot issues including engineering issues, shortage issues, etc.
• Enter completed workorders and confirm orders in SAP and make sure all required materials are properly stored prior to starting jobs
• Incremental increases based on time scale and demonstrated competency on CNC Turit and Lazer

• Independently set up, run, and troubleshoot the Salvagnini machine
• Ability to read and interrupt blueprints, programs, and engineering drawings, and review all work orders received from supervisor and understand and execute the priorities
• Certification in forklift operation
• Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery
• Data entry, math, and computer skills
• SAP Proficiency
• Physically fit with the ability to lift objects weighing between 50-100 pounds
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
