We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing complex Java applications, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and robust software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and robust software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met.
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to enhance the development process and improve software quality.
• Mentor and train junior developers.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to the technical strategy of the company.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of core Java concepts such as object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, and Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53.00 - $60.00 per hour
