As our new Senior HR Business Partner, we know you will be successful in this role because you are:

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with employees and managers to promptly address and provide guidance, prepare written materials, and settle any escalated employee issues or union grievances in a professional and timely manner.

• Participate in union negotiations and adhere to terms of collective bargaining agreement by monitoring compliance with wages, hours, and working conditions.

• Conduct employee exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations for action and improvement.

• Oversee recognition and reward program for employee performance to boost motivation and productivity.

• Coordinate with the leave administrator on requests for accommodation so they are in compliance with ADA, policies, and procedures.

• Serve as the lead for complex projects from developing and facilitating trainings to conducting an executive search and creating workforce planning goals.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.

• Required to have at least three (3) or more years’ of labor relations experience on a human resources team, which includes union negotiations and settling grievances.

• Successful applicants must live and work in Washington State to perform this role.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
