Sr. HRIS Analyst

Our Sr. HRIS Analyst will partner with leaders within the HR function (known as People Experience) and other key stake holders to analyze our system, improve processes and leverage the return on our HR technologies (UKG Pro). They will be responsible for system support including setup, configuration, security, maintenance, user support, troubleshooting and data validation. Our Sr. HRIS Analyst will act as our UKG subject matter expert and will ensure effective use of the system, providing recommendations and solutions to evolving business needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented, solutions-minded individual who will play a key role in finding new and innovative ways to perform daily HR operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Super User and subject matter expert in UKG across all modules including onboarding, electronic file management, workforce management, employee administration, security, talent management, compensation etc.
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve processes and increase data integrity within our systems.
  • Create end-user documentation and training as needed.
  • Manage project deadlines, testing activities and training initiatives to complete large system implementations and system updates.
  • Partner with HR subject matter experts to support annual HR programs such as performance reviews, merit increases, benefit open enrollment, etc.
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support, responding to inquires to ensure timely and accurate response to questions and issues.
  • Provide training and support to Tier 1 support group.
  • Submit support cases and partner with UKG Support to address system issues.
  • Actively participate in the UKG Ultimate Community and networking events to stay up to date on industry standards and best practices.
  • Support the research and evaluation of new and/or alternate solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or IT preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 4 or more years of experience in an administrative HR role
  • Prior experience of UKG (formerly UltiPro) is required.
  • Workforce Dimensions experience is a plus.
  • UKG Business Intelligence experience is a plus.
  • A natural problem-solver; process oriented and can easily identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize to meet changing business demand with grace
  • Ability to perform and complete projects with minimal
  • Handles moderately complex issues and refers more complex issues to higher level staff
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure adherence within HRIS
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service; patient and empathetic
  • Ability to perform all other duties as requested or
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
(Colorado Only*) Minimum salary of $65,000/year and Benefits
